Put the property under contract

Assemble a team of experts (engineers, geotechnical teams, surveyors).

Develop and present a site plan to the city for feedback and approval.

Conduct soil testing and land surveying.

Adjust and refine site plans based on feedback.

Obtain preliminary and final approvals from the board of aldermen.

I had been in real estate for numerous years and have always loved the idea of developing homes. I did retail for a few years and liked it but wasn’t in love with it. Residential has been my goal since I started in real estate.
