Kylie Brown brings over 18 years of real estate and engineering experience to Blu Onx. With a background in civil infrastructure and entitlement strategy, Kylie launched Blu Onx to solve a growing market need: providing institutional-grade development opportunities with clearly defined exits.

Under his leadership, Blu Onx has delivered over $100M in residential land projects and secured pre-sale commitments from some of the nation’s most trusted builders. His approach emphasizes ethical deal-making, transparency, and risk-adjusted performance for every investor.

Steven ValentineDirector of Land Acquisition & Development

Steven Valentine brings more than two decades of leadership experience in residential homebuilding, land acquisition, and development strategy. Throughout his career, he has overseen large-scale land acquisition and development portfolios, including managing annual acquisition budgets exceeding $30 million while directing multimillion-dollar development pipelines across multiple residential product types.

Steven is known for combining strong financial discipline with a relationship-driven approach, working closely with municipalities, developers, and internal teams to identify high-potential development opportunities. His expertise in financial modeling, land evaluation, and operational planning plays an important role in supporting Blu Onx’s disciplined approach to residential land development and long-term project success.

George StockEngineer

George Stock is the founder and principal of Stock and Associates Consulting Engineers, based in Chesterfield, Missouri. With decades of experience in civil engineering, George has built a reputation for delivering innovative, sustainable designs for urban development.

Kurt R. KosteckiDirector of Architecture

Kurt R. Kostecki serves as Director of Architecture at KB Capstone Homes and brings more than 35 years of experience across both commercial and residential design. His career spans a wide range of projects including hospitals, municipal facilities, office buildings, grocery stores, and military housing, alongside hundreds of custom homes throughout the St. Louis region.

Kurt’s expertise ensures every development balances architectural vision with practical execution, creating communities designed for long-term livability and enduring value. Beckie DavisOperations & Client Relations

Beckie Davis supports Blu Onx operations with a strong background in management, organization, and client-focused communication. In addition to her operational role, Beckie is a licensed Realtor® with Gateway Real Estate, giving her valuable insight into the home buying process and market dynamics. Her combined experience in real estate and project coordination helps ensure that development timelines, communication, and client relationships remain aligned throughout each project lifecycle.
